ITANAGAR, May 17: Continuing with the checking drive of vehicles, Capital Administration along with the Police today conducted checking at Itanagar Ziro point Tinali area. A total of 36 vehicles were penalised and 2 vehicles were seized for failing to produce necessary documents. Fyrther tinted glasses were also removed from 350 vehicles.
The drive was carried out by District Transport Officer Chakfa Wangsu, along with MVI Tania Soni and traffic police led by Inspector G Ete.
The Deputy Commissioner Capital Complex, Himanshu Gupta has informed that the checking drive will continue in the coming days and has requested the denizens to cooperate with the Administration. DIPRO
