NYAPIN, Mar 27:The Anchal Samiti Member of Lower Nyapin in Kurung Kumey District, Tadar Chachung today hailed the Executive Engineer of Power Department Sangram Division, Engineer Tadar Rade for facilitating the installation of a separate electric transformer for Tadar Tang Memorial Community Health Centre saying, “It has really made our Medical Officers and staff to serve our patients without shortage of light or power supply.”

Expressing gratitude on behalf of the locals, the ASM said, “I thank him (Engineer Rade) and his staffers for fulfilling the long pending demand for installation of the separate electric transformer.

Meanwhile, highlighting the need for more such transformer at the Government Higher Secondary School and at Tadar Taniang Government College in Nyapin, ASM Chachung urged  the power department authorities of the Sangram Division to facilitate for the same besides also facilitating for erecting electric poles in the medical colony and supplying street lights as an extension to meet the needs of the expanding villages.

Further, informing that Tadar Tang Memorial Community Health Centre in Nyapin is running without water supply since the last two days and that, such insufficient supply of water happens in the said health centre every year, the ASM also requested the Department of Public Health Engineering to look into the matter seriously saying, “It is concerned with human health. Without water, the medical cannot serve the poor patients including outdoor and indoor patients.”
