Itanagar, Mar 18: Chief Electoral Officer Arunachal Pradesh, Pawan Kumar Sain today chaired a joint review meeting with all the State Nodal Officers and State Police Nodal Officers with regard to the upcoming simultaneous Election and important office functionaries to review the preparedness for the ensuing Assembly and Parliamentary elections 2024 to be held simultaneously.
The Chief Electoral Officer, highlighted broad responsibilities of all the State Nodal Officers & State Police Nodal Officers by requesting all stakeholders to take up their assigned roles dedicatedly and mentioned that loophole if any in the management of election process will be viewed seriously by ECI. All the State Nodal Officers and State Police Nodal Officers dealing with issue related to Communication Plan, Manpower Management, Complaints Redressal & Voter Helpline, Transport Management, Law & Order VM & Security, MCC, Expenditure Monitoring, Computerization, Cyber Security & IT, Material Management, Electoral Roll, Ballot Paper, Postal Ballot, ETBPs, Training Management, SVEEP, EVM Management, Observers, Law & Order and CAPF to ensure full coordination with all the DEOs & SPs in the district with immediate effect.
