NIRJULI, Dec 6: The Cement Concrete Pavement road measuring around 450 metres to Dikrong Colony was inaugurated here today by Itanagar MLA Techi Kaso.
 Addressing the gathering at the function, Kaso said that the basic needs of the people at present are road, electricity, water supply, school and medical facility which he is taking care of since the very beginning of his political career as a social worker, as Bazar Committee president, ZPM and now as elected representative of the capital.
He said that the commitments made to the people of the colony have been mostly fulfilled and if there are any left, they will also be taken care of in due course of time and urged upon the people to have patience.
Guest of honour, former IMC Deputy Chief Councillor Tarh  Nachung also addressed the gathering among others.
