JORAM, Feb 24: 

As a part of  the ongoing  month long  Golden Jubilee Nyokum Yullo Celebration-2017 at Joram and its Pan Arunachal theme, representatives of Arunachal Indigenous Tribes Forum (AITF)  and  various Community Based Organizations (CBOs) like  Nyishi Elite Society (NES) , Galo Welfare Society (GWS) , Adi Bane Kebang (ABK) ,Tagin Cultural Society (TCS) , Tanw Supun Dukun (TSD), Sajolang Elite Society (SES) , Aka (Hrusso) Elite Society (AES) , Shertukpen Employees Welfare Society (SEWA) , Mishmi Welfare Society (MWS) ,Wancho Cultural Society (WCS), , Tangsa Literary & Cultural Development Society (TLCDS, Yobin Tribe Welfare Committee (YTWC) participated in the celebration here today at Joram.

 

The team inspected the Arts Gallery, Food Stalls, Multipurpose Golden Jubilee Hall, Golden Jubilee Gate, Golden Jubilee Pillars, and Nyokum Namlos .Further, applauding the  Nyishi Elite Society for being a role model in instilling Pan Arunachal, the representatives extended their Nyokum greeting to all the members  in the ‘Nyokum Yullo-2017; CBOs Nite’.

 

The main event of Golden Jubilee Celebration at Joram with ritual sacrifice is slated for February 26 next wherein Chief Minister Pema Khandu is expected to attend the programme as the Chief Guest.
