Indian Army conducts ‘Know Your Army’ outreach
Bomdila, Mar 5: Central Bureau of Communication, Field Office, Bomdila under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, organised a series of Integrated Communication & Outreach Programme on Systematic Voters’ Education & Electoral Participation (SVEEP) at various villages in West Kameng District.
The programme aimed at creating voter awareness, promoting voter literacy and preparing first time voters and equipping them with basic knowledge related to the electoral process. During the awareness programme, CBC Bomdila felicitated and encouraged the first time voters to vote and make an informed decision in the ensuing Parliament and State Assembly election 2024.
CBC, Bomdila also conducted SVEEP awareness programmes at Salari village, Tenga village, Dikhyang village and at Tsering Pam Village. Booth Level Officers (BLOs) were invited as resource person to disseminate information related to election & electoral process.
