ITANAGAR, Dec 17: Minister Health & Family Welfare, Alo Libang while inaugurating the ‘Non-invasive cardiologist lab” equipped with modern facilities here at Heema Hospital appreciated the role of the hospital in providing quality healthcare facilities to the masses.
Addressing scores of doctors and medical staffers in an attractive function today, Libang reiterated the state government commitment to reform the education and public health sector in the state.
"With the inauguration of this facility, people will no longer need to travel outside for heart-related ailments incurring huge expenditure,” the Minister hoped and lauded the hospital management for bringing the facility at the people’s doorstep.
Urging the hospital management to continue to serve humanity, he exhorted the medical staffers to maintain good relationship with patients. He also assured every possible help in time of need as they continue to serve citizens in a professional manner.
CMD Heema Hospital, Dr Byabang Rana informed that since its establishment in 2003, the hospital has been steadfastly delivering healthcare facility with utmost dedication. Apart from this, Rana said that the hospital has been organizing various health awareness camps in several rural villages across the state.
Cardiologist, Dr Rinchin Dorjee Megeji, Medical superintendent Dr Kesang W, Sr. Gynaecologist Dr S Ahmed also spoke on the occasion.
