ITANAGAR, Sep 27: The Capital Electrical Division has filed an FIR with the Itanagar Police station against one G Anurag , an  electrician of Water Resource Department, and his accomplice Liladhar Padu, a private electrician, for bypassing of many pre-paid energy meters, tampering and releasing illegal service connection activities in and around Water Resource Department complex at Chimpu and in many locations of the area. The Power department informed that the duo have been carrying out the illegal activities which has resulted in leakage of huge government revenue estimated to be from Lakhs of rupees to Crores.
