YINGKIONG, Jun 27: Capacity Building Programme conducted by District Disaster Management in collaboration with Team of ‘C’ Coy 12th BN NDRF Doimukh was held at police Station Yingkiong today. The training imparted on Emergency Rescue techniques, first Aid, CPR and Flood Rescue Techniques.
