ITANAGAR, Jul 13:In a representation to Deputy Commissioner, Lower Siang, the All Lower Siang District Students Union (ALSDSU) has called for strict implementation of Right to Education (RTE) Act 2009 and equal distribution of funds in every educational institution under the district.

Stating that the newly created district needs more attention especially in the education sector, it informed that various government policies have not been properly implemented in many schools especially in remote places such as mid –day meal, infrastructure, free textbooks and uniforms, etc.
