ITANAGAR, Sep 24: The Border Road Task Force (BRTF) is tackling the longstanding issue of flooding on the Likabali-Silapathar road, a critical artery connecting West Siang and Assam. The Deputy Commissioner Lower Siang is personally overseeing this project, which aims to ensure smooth, uninterrupted travel for commuters.
This road has suffered from recurrent flooding during summers, causing major disruptions. The BRTF's project, with dedicated supervision from DC Lower Siang, seeks to resolve this issue and enhance regional connectivity and safety.
