Addressing the members, Chief Secretary asked the DCs to propose schemes which will have strong and lasting impact on the villagers of these border areas and directed them to select one village under Border Blocks from their districts to be developed as Model Village under BADP. While emphasizing on quality of projects as well as their timely completion, CS further directed the concerned Deputy Commissioners to personally visit project sites especially those dealing with security aspects and send reports accordingly in every alternate month.
