PASIGHAT, Jul 9: Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh(BMS) East Siang unit led by President Mipet Tayeng and General Secretary Ajoy Saroh along with other office bearers organized a general meeting here on Monday attended by BMS State President Yasi Sonam and President of All Arunachal Pradesh Workers’ Union among others.
BMS which is the parent organization of all the seven workers’ unions showed their commitment to serve the welfare of all workers who are mostly deprived from various government assistance and help. Speaking at the sidelines of the meeting, State President said that the very purpose of BMS is to look after the overall welfare of workers and some of them will also be sent for training outside the state for skill development.
Responding on the memorandum submitted by BMS East Siang unit Vice President Tabiram Moyong and others, Sonam shared the possibility of routing the same through the Dy. Commissioner, East Siang district. During the meeting new appointments were given to the executive members of BMS East Siang unit.
