ITANAGAR, Feb 7: State Bharatiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha, President, Taring Tiri on Thursday appointed Taka Towmin as new BJYM state general secretary along with few new district presidents for newly created districts.
The newly appointed district's president was Tali Yomi for Shi Yomi, Gopin Basar for Leparada, Akang Keyang and Vinod Yangda for Pakke Kessang and East Kameng respectively.
