PASIGHAT, Jun 3: The zonal BJP office for five districts, East Siang, Upper Siang, Siang, Lower Siang and Lower Dibang Valley was laid at GTC near Siang river bank here today by State BJP President, Tapir Gao in the presence of Power Minister, Tamiyo Taga, Health & Family Welfare Minister, Alo Libang, both Pasighat East and West MLA, Kaling Moyong and Er. Tatung Jamoh, Geku-Mariyang MLA, Olom Panyang and PMC Chief Councilor, Kaling Doruk.

As per BJP sources, the coming up of zonal office will strengthen the party and five districts’ official management of BJP will function from the Pasighat centre.

“We are very hopeful and this is a new beginning which will strengthen BJP in this zone. This is a historic day for BJP and this zonal office will be a power centre of entire Siang zone from where every activities of the party will function”, said Tapir Gao and Tamiyo Taga.

When asked about the readiness of the BJP for 2019 election, Gao confidently exhorted that the BJP is winning the coming election comfortably without any hurdles. “Rather we are looking forward for the 2024 election and its readiness because we are already winning the coming poll because of peoples’ trust and satisfaction over the BJP led state government under CM Pema Khandu and the Narendra Modi led central government”, he added.

    Among others, State BJP Spokesperson Tani Loffa, State Secretary cum i/c Capital BJP, Tarh Tarak, East Siang District BJP President, Tamat Jonnom, Kisan Morcha state President cum East Siang Prabhari, Dunggoli Libang, Eastern Parliamentary Vistarak in-charge, Boken Kino were present.
