TAWANG, Apr 14:
RWD Parliamentary Secretary Jambey Tashi congratulated party workers
across the district on BJP Sthaphna Diwas on Thursday. Jambey unfurled
the saffron party flag amidst reverberating chants of 'Vande Mataram'
and ' Bharat Mata Ki Jai' by party workers to commemorate the 37th
foundation day of BJP on 6 April 1980.

Paying his respects to party ideologues like Dr. Shyama Prasad
Mukherjee, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya and Atal Bihari Vajpayee, he
called on the karyakartas and office bearers to prioritize and focus
on the poor and weaker sections of society and serve with more zeal
and vigour guided by the Mantra of Antyodaya".

Further, crediting His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama's recent Arunachal
visit to central BJP leadership, he expressed his gratitude to PM
Modi, MoS (Home) Kiren Rijiju and Arunachal CM Pema Khandu.
"Thousands of Buddhists of this Himalayan state have been blessed by
the visit of His Holiness and it has been possible under the dynamic
captaincy of Modiji, who dared and sidelined China's sporadic
objections and showed the  green signal", Jambey said.  "This move
also sends a clear and robust message to China that Arunachal and
Tawang are integral and inseparable part of the Indian union", he
added.

Tawang District BJP president, Sangey Chodup,  Zilla Prabhari, Naresh
Glo and Gandhi Sakrinso also spoke on the occasion.

The simple yet impressive function convened at the private residence
of the local MLA, was attended by District executive members,
Karyakartas, Panchayati Raj members and general public
