ITANAGAR, Aug 10: Apatani Youth Association (AYA)  in its representation to the  Union Minister of  State for Home, Kiren  Rijiju  has sought his intervention in coordination with the Ministry of Railways and the Government of  Uttar Pradesh to nab the culprits involved in the  death  of  Tage Dule.
