ZIRO, Dec 10:  The month long Election Awareness Campaign on the theme "Money Free & Fair Election” organized by Apatani Youth Association (AYA) successfully concluded today at Hong village.
The campaign started on 4th November last in presence of  Hage Kojeen, IAS (Retd.), State Election Commissioner and Dr. Duyu Meena Mudang, Mrs. India 2017.
In his conclusion speech,  President AYA Habung Tamang informed that in this coming 2019 Assembly Election AYA will stop the practice of opening of candidates offices and hoisting of party flags and banners and late night campaigning by any candidate. Moreover, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) shall be signed with all the intending contesting candidates of 17th Ziro-Hapoli Assembly constituency after convening a platform speech/debate of the candidates.
