ITANAGAR, Apr 22:Arunachal Vikas Parishad conducted series of free medical camps in Longding district on the theme ‘health is wealth’. It began on April 15 last at Pumao village and culminated at Wakka village on Saturday. As many as 800 people benefited from the programme. Most of the patients were found suffering from malnutrition and worm infection especially in children below eight years.
The camp was led by Dr. RB Mishra, state medical in-charge AVP, Suneel Kumar, State Joint Organising Secy. AVP in collaboration with AVP Longding district.
