ZIRO, Mar 27 : Apatani Youth Association (AYA) continued with its clean election initiative by conducting the programme at MTM B.Ed College, Hapoli on March 26.
The initiative carries the theme ‘Money Free & Fair Election’ and the next programme shall be conducted at St. Claret College, Ziro.
President AYA Habung Tamang gave many practical situation examples related to money culture during elections and their disadvantages.
Legal Advisor AYA, advocate Tage Tana discussed all the legal aspects framed in Model Code of Conduct. Students & teachers of the institute expressed their views, gave idea, inputs and appreciated the association’s initiative.
AYA is also going to conduct ‘Platform Speech-cum-MoU Signing’ of the contesting candidates of 17th Ziro-Hapoli constituency on March 31. AYA Press Release
