NAHARLAGUN, Sep 14:Toko Welfare Association felicitated APPSCCE-2018 (prelims) qualifiers in a programme on Thursday. In total, four aspirants, one boy and three girls were felicitated with Rs 30,000 each, to encourage them to clear the remaining exams and crack the prestigious examination.

Er. Toko Jyoti, CE, PHE & WS and J.T.Toko, APCS (Selection Grade) were the resource persons. The program was attended by all the advisors, executive members of general body, women and youth wings of TWA. Simultaneously, a commemoration program was also held for the government service promotees (2018) among Toko Clan.
