ITANAGAR, Mar 8:  The All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA) today informed that it will defer its ongoing agitation, as the state government has assured to fulfill all its demands.
Speaking to reporters, President ANYA Byabang Joram stated ‘we have not called off the agitation but it has been deferred after meeting with the Chief Minister who has assured to fulfil all the demands.' Demands like separate quota in APSSB has been already approved and soon all the vacancies in the district will be reserved for the particular district under the board, he said.
'Here we want to clarify that we are not demanding quota in Secretariat or Directorate  level but the reservation of those post which are already vacant in particular district,' stated Joram. He added, in such cases the unemployed youth of the district will get the opportunity in its own district and wouldn’t be deprived.
The recruitment will be done by APSSB only to maintain the transparency for that post which is vacant in a particular district. However, the vacant post in Secretariat or Directorate in various departments will be open to all and ANYA doesn’t have any objection on the issue, clarified the President.
On one crore work order system under District Base Entrepreneurship Act, Government has assured to revisit the Act and bring logical changes in the next assembly session.
Informing about others demands, like construction of Joram- Koloriang TAH and Potin -Bopi road, ANYA expressed its gratitude that the government has already started the construction.
Further, Joram also expressed  satisfaction on the assurance and progress on  the demands for suspension of the person involved in APSSB Job scam, scraping of GeM procurement,  Arunachal –Assam boundary issue,  Offspring issue and others.
