Aalo, Jul 2: Assessment camps for free distribution of aids & appliances to Persons with Disabilities(PwDs) under NHPC CSR programme will be arranged in West Siang district  from July 8-18.
Articles Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India, Guwahati under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, GoI shall conduct the camps to assess the number of PwDs under different categories and prepare mandatory documents. The camps will be held at CHCs and PHCs at Bagra, Nikte, Kombo, Kamba, Darak, Jini, Yomcha and Liromoba in the district and all administrative officers have been requested to provide necessary support. 
Medical Officers, Block Development Officers & Child Development Project Officers of respective blocks will issue necessary certifications such as Disability Certificate, Income Certificate, IDs etc in prescribed formats which are being made available with assessment teams. DIPRO
