ZIRO/JAIPUR, Jul 7:  Rubu Diming a native of Lempia village, Ziro was bestowed the Rani Laxmi Bai National Award 2019 in acknowledgement of her outstanding service to society. She was awarded at a function .organised by Samarpan Sanstha, India,  at  Jaipur, Rajasthan on Sunday. 
Diming introduced several initiatives successfully while heading NGOs and community based organization in various capacities.
