ITANAGAR, Oct 16: The Arunachal Cricket Association (ACA) Ranji Trophy Selection Committee has announced the 15-member state cricket team which will represent the hill state in the upcoming Ranji trophy.
This is a historic day as the state will be taking part in the Ranji Trophy of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for the first time. 
The team members are Kamsha Yangfo, Indiya Toku, Techi Doria, Licha Tehi, Neelam Obi, Techi Tahin, Akhilesh Sahani, Sandeep Kumar Thakur, Md Shoyeb, Subhash Sharma, Prateek Singh, Akash Singh, Samarth Sharma, Kshitiz Sharma and Hayat Ansari.
Arunachal will play its first match against Meghalaya on November 1.
