YINGKIONG, Mar 4: The 2-month long Arunachal Rising Campaign which began in Upper Siang district in the month of December 2018 culminated at Multi Purpose Community Hall, Yingkiong today amidst a huge gathering.
Attending the programme as Chief Guest, Minister (H&FW, PR and RD) Alo Libang highlighted the achievement and various programmes and policy of the government and appealed all those present to work in unison for the larger interest of development of the district.
Earlier, Deputy Commissioner Karma Leki, while welcoming the gathering informed the aims and objectives of the Arunachal Rising Campaign.
Nodal Officer Pandov Perme, also briefed about the activities carried out in the Upper Siang during the two month long campaign. Later winners of the campaign were also felicitated. DIPRO
