VADODARA(GUJARAT), Sep 21: Techi Doria scored 122 as Arunachal beat Sikkim by 49 runs in the second match of the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy played here today at Motibaug Cricket Ground.
Earlier Samarth Seth guest player of the state scored 107 against Mizoram on September 19.
After winning the toss sikkim captain Nilesh Lamichaney invited Arunachal captain Kamsha Yangfo to bat first.
Techi Doria struck 122 in 149 balls in a 154 run opening stand with Samarth Seth, 89 in 64 balls as Arunachal Pradesh scored 306/4 in their allotted 50 overs.
Utsav Madan , Song Tacho and Kamsha Yangfo and Momar Ori scored 26, 22, 18 and 9 runs respectively for the winning team.
Bhussan Subba, Amush Rai and Mandup Bhutia took 2, 1 and 1 wickets each respectively.
In reply Sikkim batsman started cautiously however, they could manage to score only 257/7 in 50 overs.
Nilesh Lamichaney , Faizan Khan, L Y Lepcha and A Thapa scored 123, 47, 22 and 20 respectively.
A Sahani, Techi Neri, Sandeep Kumar Thakur, Myendung Singpho and Samarth Seth took 2,2,1,1 and 1 wickets each respectively.

Arunachal will play their next match on September 23 against Manipur at Anand (GUJARAT ).
Meanwhile Arunachal U19 team leaves today for Odisha to participate in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy.
