NEW DELHI, Jan 31: The Department of Arunachal Pradesh Tourism participated in Bharat Parv which concluded at Red Fort in the national capital today organized by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India in collaboration with other central ministries, state governments and other stakeholders. The main objective of celebrating Bharat Parv is to generate a patriotic fervour, promote the rich cultural diversity of the country and to ensure wider participation of the general public and to popularize the idea of ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’,”
Arunachal Pradesh Tourism Department lead by Resident Tourism Officer, Adong Moyong showcased various tourism products of the state through its theme pavilion which was appreciated by all the visitors. Many curious visitors visited stall of Arunachal Pradesh enquiring about the places of tourist interest in the state, cuisine and its arts & crafts & culture etc.
The six day Bharat Parv celebrations which began on January 26 included cultural performances, a crafts bazaar, multi cuisine food court and many other interactive activities to keep visitors engaged at the event venue. PRO Tourism
