NAHARLAGUN, Dec 4: Arunachal team continuing its brilliant form in the Hero Sub Junior NFC 2018 defeated Punjab 5-0 in the first match played here at R.G Stadium, Naharlagun.
Kenjey Lepcha (45’) opened the scoring just before the end of first half with a brilliantly taken free kick.  Swarneem Gurung doubled the lead in the 66th minute which was later extended by Ujjal Rai (74’) and Heri Rambo (80’).
Second match of the day was played between Maharastra and Tamil Nadu in which the former won 10-0.
