ITANAGAR, Mar 21: As on Saturday, no cases of Covid-19 has been detected in Arunachal Pradesh. This has been confirmed by the state bulletin now published on a daily basis.
As per the bulletin, all asymptomatic students returning to Arunachal Pradesh due to closure of their educational institutions have been advised to practice social distancing by home quarantine for a period of 14 days. And in case of any symptoms like fever, cough and breathing difficulties, they have been asked to immediately contact the 24x7 control room/nearest health centre.
Meanwhile, Arunachal continues to adhere to the mechanism of Universal Screening of all passengers coming to the state. As on Saturday, the cumulative figure of screening comprising the railway station, helipad, all checkgates and Pasighat airport counts has touched 97160.
