PASIGHAT, Nov 28: The week-long Utsav of Apex Professional University concluded on Saturday last which comprised of various events like sports, literary, cultural, Mr. & Ms. APU contest which was graced by Deputy Commissioner, East Siang Dr. Kinny Singh as Chief Guest.
DC appreciated the role of Apex Professional University in imparting quality education and promised to render all support in shaping the future of the institution.  
Vice ChancellorProfessor (Maj.) Ashok Kumar,faculty and members of Students’ Welfare Council expressed their gratitude to the DC. 
Cultural Night titled ‘Jalwa’ was celebrated with traditional Northeast culture with a blend of modernity participated by nearly 350 contestants from five houses of various schools of the university. Asha Taki and Jompe Ori won the titles of Ms. & Mr. APU respectively. The contestant students while performing their best in different matches, quiz, declamation and essay writing, gave tough competitions. The “Best Out of Waste” was an added attraction and Siang House was adjudged as the best amongst the five.
