ITANAGAR, Aug 1: The three day workshop program for the State Commissions for Women was held from July 29-31 at Indira Bhawan, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. The program was organized by the National Commission for Women, New Delhi on topics of Gender Equality, Laws related to women and challenges faced by Women and Child Commissions.
The Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women (APSCW), Itanagar led by Vice Chairperson Heyomai Tawsik and Members Hoksum Ori, Likha Joya and Techi Hunmai attended the workshop with the representatives of other State Commissions of the country.
