Itanagar, Jul 23: The Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women(APSCW) has vehemently condemned the incidence of discovery of a women’s body, the latest in the series of such similar incidents.
Reportedly, the body of an unidentified woman was found by police on July 19 last at the riverbed of Papu river. Expressing its concern and sorrow at the recurrence of such incidents, the Commission has requested the police to investigate and solve the case as early as possible.
APSCW has further sought the status report of the case from Itanagar Police Station and requested all sections of society to cooperate with police in the investigation process. Newsdesk
