ITANAGAR, Oct 21: It is least expected from Prime Minister Narendra Modi  to talk on the issue of the  #MeToo movement but by  rejecting  the proposal to form a four member committee  consisting  senior/ retired  judicial and legal persons as members to examine  issues arising  from the  #MeToo movement, Modi has shown his true  face of  patriarchy, said a statement from Arunachal Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee.
“Modi is playing lowest level of ‘politics of masculinity’ by constituting a three member committee comprising of fellow Cabinet ministers to look into sexual harassment charges emerging from  #MeToo movement,” it said adding ‘It is time Modi upheld his promises on women’s safety.’
