ITANAGAR, Feb 12: The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee has questioned Chief Minister Pema Khandu’s stance regarding the controversial Citizenship (Amendment) Bill 2016.
“CM supporting people' s movement and  changing stance on Bill  at eleventh hour of assembly  election 2019  definitely raises eyebrows and leave space for doubts. He maintained stoic silence over hue and cry occurred due to CAB 2016 in the state.

The CM did not even bother to apprise on the consequences of the bill to the Prime Minister during his visit to the state,” stated General Secretary APCC Chera Taya.

The CM must have taken expert suggestions to pull strings of BJP heads in the  Centre to save  BJP’s political crisis in the state, added APCC in its statement.
