ITANAGAR, Jun 27:The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) congratulated Johny Mangkhiya, who is going to represent the state at ensuing Asian Games scheduled to be held at Indonesia.
Lauding Mangkhiya for bringing laurels for the state on various occasions in the past, the APCC however expressed disappointment that despite this her achievement is yet to be recognized by the state government.
