ITANAGAR, Dec 12: The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) said that the assembly election victory of Indian National Congress (INC) in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh is a dawn  of an epoch of new development  and great change under the able leadership of Rahul Gandhi. 
Congratulating the people of the three states and Pradesh Congress Committee there  for working tirelessly to ensure INC win, the APCC also appreciated the Congress committee in Telangana and Mizoram for their  impressive work.
Time is nearing when Arunachal  Pradesh will also reject BJPs anti-people ,communal and hate brand politics , it said in a release.
