Itanagar, May 21: Anti Terrorism Day was observed at the premises of Civil Secretariat, Itanagar, today with senior officers, officials and other employees of the Arunachal Pradesh Civil Secretariat taking the pledge. The pledge was administered by the Chief Secretary, Satya Gopal.
