Aalo, Sep 5: A team of officers led by EE Urban Development Abhinav Kumar carried out a day-long raid on shopkeepers who had been selling polythene and prohibited plastic materials in defiance of the prohibitory orders issued by District Magistrate, West Siang.
Some quantities of polythene and plastic items were seized during the raid and the shopkeepers especially local vendors were briefed in detail about the customary form filling process of the undertaking professing not to sell the banned plastic items. DIPRO
