ITANAGAR, Jun 19: Joining the Anti –China protest in the wake of the Galwan Valley incident at Ladakh, All Nyishi Youth Association today burnt the effigies of Chinese President Xi Jingping and Chinese products.
President, ANYA Byabang Joram urged all to come forward and extend support to our soldiers. 'Today ANYA has decided to ban all Chinese products in the state and I appeal every denizen of the state to boycott Chinese products.'
While extending solidarity with the martyrs, Joram urged the central government to recruit more jawans from Arunachal Pradesh. 'People of Arunachal have equal emotion for the country and our people are ready to fight against any enemy at the border.'
Elsewhere, a candlelight march in solidarity with the 20 martyrs of Galawn valley was also held at Bordumsa. Many likeminded people including, students, market welfare members, public including para military forces also joined the candlelight vigil.
