ANINI, Dec 12: A Book Exhibition Cum Career Counselling Programme was arranged here at the premises of Government Higher Secondary School inaugurated by Vice Principal Khobor Mili, much to the delight of the book lovers as well as career aspirants.
“It is after more than a decade that a book exhibition has reached Anini and we are very glad to be a part of it,” remarked the Vice Principal. On display were a range of colourful books for all ages with participation by publishers such as Scholastic India, Kolkata, TERI, New Delhi, Tulika Chennai, Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai, NBT India, Kalpavriksh, Pune, Eklavya Bhopal and magazines from Dimdima, Mumbai and After School, Delhi.  The career counselling session for the students of class IX-XII was conducted by library volunteer Er Sushma Linggi.  This was followed by book exhibition in DC office complex inaugurated by CO Anini Shanti Mize.
Both the exhibitions which created great enthusiasm among the book lovers of Anini were organised by the volunteers of Lohit Youth Library Network, Er. Jimu Mele and Er. Sushma Linggi. LYLN PR
