NAHARLAGUN, Jun 25:All India Women and youth conference of National Hawker Federation was held at Mumbai from June 21-14. All Arunachal Pradesh Hawker & Street Vendors Federation (AAPHSVF) took part with large contingent of 90 members led by State General Secretary Roger Nabam Hina.

Vendors problems and issues were widely discussed and resolutions adopted to continue fight for the right of street vendors all over India. Resolution were adopted to persuade each state government for implementation of Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act 2014, framing of Rules and Schemes for proper regulations of Street Vendors all over India.

Arunachal Pradesh team took part in cultural display that showcased rich culture of Arunachal Pradesh. Arunachal cultural team enthralled the Mumbai and stole many hearts.

In the conference new national body of women and youth were elected. Balo Maya was elected All India Vice President of National Youth Hawker Federation, Khyoda Yaji was elected Vice President All India Women Hawker Federation and Chera Yake elected Assistant Secretary of All India Women Hawker Federation respectively.
