ITANAGAR, Apr 6: The airlifting of polling personnel to remote polling stations has been completed today with the second polling team comprising 85 polling personnel for seven remote polling stations under 20-Tali assembly constituency successfully airlifted today.
The polling stations where these officials will be deputed are Niobia, Zara, Keba, Tedung, Pipsorang, Korsang, and Koapu, stated a release by State Nodal Officer (SVEEP).
Meanwhile, the poling team comprising 35 polling personnel for remote Taksing circle were also airlifted today from Daporijo. The name of the polling stations are Taksing, Gumsing-Tayeng, Kacha,Redding and Ngoring.
Further the polling party for 32-Cheppe polling station under 41-Anini Assembly constituency left on foot for the polling station today, making them the first polling team to move on foot for the simultaneous election 2019. CEO Release
