YUPIA, Apr 23: In view of nationwide lockdown due to Covid-19, local administrations are working on mission mode to mitigate the problem faced by the people in remote areas.
At Kimin, Covid -19 Relief Team  under guidance of Additional Deputy Commissioner Kimin Likha Teji despatched essential relief commodities to 12 household at Komasaki village, 23 in Upper Jumi and 47 in Upper Sher, Lichi and Bumchi Bumte villages respectively under Kimin Sub-Division.
Continuing the support to local administration in fighting against Covid-19, 10th Bn ITBP Kimin also contributed relief materials to Covid-19 Relief Team under ADC Kimin. ADC Kimin also thanked the Commandant ITBP S.Rana for their continuous support and cooperation in fighting against Covid-19.
Meanwhile, the Department of Food and Civil Supplies also distributed free rice under Prime Minister Garib Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY) at Sagalee, Ompuli, Kokila, Balijan and Doimukh. DIPRO
