YUPIA, Mar 8:The 1st District Task Force Immunization Committee meeting on 2nd Round Intensified Polio immunization (IPPI 2018), review of Measles Rubella Vaccination Campaign and National Deworming Day preparedness was held here under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Tai Kaye today.
Elated over successful completion of MRVC with 102.51% achievement in the district, the DC credited it to teamwork and urged all to maintain the same spirit in the ensuing programmes to achieve the target.
District Medical Officer Papum Pare, Dr. Tasso Kampu Subu also urged upon all Medical Officer In-charges to work harder to achieve maximum success in upcoming IPPI programme on March 11 next. She also said that all MOs should ensure that no child is left out during immunization.
DRCHO Dr. J.Ado in his presentation informed that 1st round IPPI achievement was 97.11% in the district and all MO I/Charges must focus on achieving 100 percent in the 2nd IPPI programme on March 11 and NDD on March 19.
