ITANAGAR, Oct 28: The Arunachal Civil Society(ACS) condemned the inordinate delay in unearthing the truth behind the mysterious death of prominent leader Ngurang Pinch even after a year.
"Due to the delay in completing the  investigation process, now the family of late Pinch and the people of the state have lost faith in the government," ACS chairman Patey Tayum stated.
"Some sections of society and the family members have already approached the state government asking for a CBI probe. But with no result and answer, the family is now compelled to organize an online signature campaign," he added.
If the government truly wants to help then why there was no follow up and proper instructions given while handing over the case to the CBI?The state government should have put more pressure," Tayum observed.
