ITANAGAR, Nov 18: A delegation of the All Arunachal Pradesh Students Union (AAPSU) led by its General secretary Tobom Dai will  take part in the mega protest rally against Citizenship Amendment Bill 2016 at Guwahati being  organized under the banner of the North East Students Organization (NESO). All the other component organizations of NESO viz, AASU, MZP,KSU,  GSU, NSF, TSF, AMSU will also be taking part along with their delegation.
