ITANAGAR, Jan 7 : A team of the All Arunachal Pradesh Students' Union (AAPSU) led by its President Hawa Bagang and General Secretary Tobom Dai called on Chief Minister Pema Khandu  and submitted a copy of the resolution adopted in the recently held federal assembly of AAPSU at Tezu.
In its resolution, AAPSU categorically  opposed granting of PRC to Non APST,  demanded separate department  for strict vigilance and monitoring of refugee affairs, permanent land law for Arunachal Pradesh, establishment of Police Stations at all sensitive border areas shared with Assam, immediate establishment of paramilitary force camp at Khatan village under Lohit District to check and minimise the illegal activities of underground Chakma & Hajong extremist elements , independent SPD (State Project Director) for effective implementation of schemes under ISSE (integrated Scheme for school education) and others.
AAPSU in its two day Federal Assembly held on December 27-28 also took resolution for  transfer and posting of regular Principals, Headmasters, subject teachers as per survey reported by respective District Students Union, immediate recruitment of teachers which were created/ sanctioned in State Assembly by the State Government, immediate creation / establishment of infrastructure development of Arunachal University, Pasighat and others.
In a separate representation, AAPSU  also urged  for immediate removal of the present Deputy Commissioner of Capital Complex  taking necessary action as per the complaint lodged with the SIC  by the Union.
