ITANAGAR, Jun 28:Extending full support to the demand placed by the All East Kameng District Students Union (AEKDSU) and All East Siang District Students Union (AESDSU), the All Arunachal Pradesh Students Union (AAPSU) has appealed the state government to deliver immediate justice to the bereaved family members of late Ojing Tayeng and late Toko Yame.


Concerned over shoddy investigation by police into the murder cases, it stated that a year has alreadypassed but the status of both investigations remains the same.

“The state government cannot run away from its responsibilities and should immediately deliver justice to the bereaved family members,” the Union said.


AAPSU further questioned the decision of the government to allot plot of land from the Indira Gandhi Park to a political party, saying that the plot of land is for public utility.
Also, the Apex student body called for solving the issue raised by All Tawang District students Union (ATDSU) over illegal issuance of ST certificate while terming the development as a matter of grave concern.
