ITANAGAR, Feb 22: Taking serious note of poor work quality maintained by executing agencies while constructing the Itanagar to Jote-Poma Road, the All Arunachal contractor’s welfare Association (AACWA) has urged the government to pass strong direction to the executing agency and contractors to maintain quality as per tender agreement.
It also called for early start of maintenance of Jully - Pappunallah road, while claiming that the tender has already been finalized few months back but construction works is yet to start.
It further requested the government to regularly monitor and keep an eye on contractors executing such important projects to maintain transparency and quality of works.
